Returns & Refund Policy

 

UltraLight Plywood guarantees satisfaction with the products we sell. Products purchased directly from this site are distributed and shipped from Utah Plywood Imports in Salt Lake City, Utah. Contact Utah Plywood Imports by phone or email for proper written authorization or approval before returning the item. To be eligible for a refund or credit, you must contact Utah Plywood Imports in writing within 30 days of receiving delivery of your purchased item. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization. Products should be returned in their original packaging. Items need to be returned in good condition within ten business days of receiving written authorization from Utah Plywood Imports.

Return pick-ups are scheduled during normal business hours only. Utah Plywood Imports will credit your UltraLight purchase using the original form of payment within five business days of receiving the product in our warehouse. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the original purchase price. Delivery fees will not be refunded.

Order Cancellation Policy
Orders canceled before fulfillment may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the non-refundable credit card processing fee charged to us by the payment provider (typically 3%–4% of the order total, depending on card type).

This fee covers transaction costs that we incur at the time of payment capture and which are not returned to us when a payment is refunded.

Orders canceled before fulfillment begins will not be subject to our standard restocking fee of 15% of the order value, just the credit card processing fee. 

Utah Plywood Imports product warranties apply only to the original owner and are non-transferable. Utah Plywood Imports’s warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of a defective product. Reparadise will pay up to $150.00 maximum towards a service call. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper assembly, or accessories not originally intended for use with the UltraLight product. The warranty does not apply to damage or failure due to accident, abuse, corrosion, discoloration of paint or plastic, or neglect. UltraLight’s responsibility under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing at UltraLight’s option.
